These days, more and more people want to quit smoking but many believe it will be a difficult, uphill struggle. There is also the fear of quitting: "What will I do next time I feel stressed, anxious or bored?"

Yet it needn't be like this. We all know of people who simply throw away the pack and never look back. No matter what the circumstance, they never miss smoking and never return to it. I smoked heavily for 30 years and thought I would never be free. Then one day I just stopped - and I have never looked back. I have never so much as wanted a drag on a cigarette, and I know I never will.

You, too, can be like this. All you need is the right frame of mind. Without the right frame of mind you will find quitting difficult and you will suffer, and no amount of NRT and willpower will mitigate the frustration of not smoking. Cravings stem from your own inner mind and not from nicotine withdrawal. (If all you are fighting is addiction to nicotine then patches would work, but they don't work. A patch on the arm is not the same as a cigarette between your lips, especially after dinner or when you've got a drink in your hand).

To quit, or not to quit? You are probably in a bit of a dilemma over smoking. You know you should quit, but fear it will be hard or that you will miss it. There is a way forward...

In a dilemma? You needn't be

When people walk away from smoking without so much as a single craving, it is because they are ready to quit on an inner emotional (psychological) level. They are thinking along the right lines. Instead of "giving up smoking" with a sense of loss and foreboding, they are thinking in terms of ditching a pointless soul destroying habit which is a burden to them. When you realign your inner attitude to smoking you can't wait to quit, and what is more - you will quit permanently.

Don't spend life on the outsideIf you join one of my small informal groups I will teach you how to realign your attitude to smoking, so that you want to quit. I will teach you how to break all emotional ties with smoking, and will tell you how to ditch smoking like it is yesterdays dirty dishwater. I will give you the same frame of mind as a non-smoker, so that no matter what the future brings you will never want to smoke again.

The vast majority of people who force themselves to quit smoking using willpower and patches are never free of it. They become frustrated when other people smoke, and the habit is never far from their minds. Many return to smoking.

When you quit smoking properly you do so easily and effortlessly. You experience an overwhelming sense of relief and release and it is an experience you will embrace with joy. No sense of loss, no struggle, and no going back. You will have the mindset of a non-smoker.

Ask yourself this very simple question: If at this moment in your life you were a non-smoker, would you start to smoke now? Of course not! This is why I am offering a permanent cure. I will give you the same frame of mind as a non-smoker. Patches cannot achieve this, neither can willpower.

If you have had group therapy before and you found the information given either contradictory or confusing, don't worry. The information I will provide is straightforward, clear and unambiguous. Provided you follow my advice you will quit smoking. The time scale in which you will achieve this is variable. It depends on how well motivated you are when you join the group. If you are well motivated you may leave the session and never smoke again. On the other hand you may have to think about the information given for several weeks before acting upon it. The important thing is that you are not opposed to quitting and that you do understand that smoking is damaging to your health (even if you enjoy it!).

Hypnosis does not take place but I will teach you a completely safe self-hypnosis routine to use in the comfort of your own home, which will make quitting even easier.

Individual Therapy: This utilises hypnosis and is an extremely powerful therapy. I devised the therapy myself and you cannot obtain it elsewhere. Hypnosis is highly regarded and widely recognised as the most effective way to quit tobacco, but for hypnosis to work you must want to give up smoking - if you are still think of smoking as being in any way pleasurable or beneficial, then therapy will not work and you should book yourself in for the group session instead.
