Quit Smoking In 2 Hours

Hypnosis is perhaps the most natural complimentary therapy of all, yet it can be extremely powerful and can lead to profound change in your habits, behaviour, thought processes etc. It has been around since the ancient Egyptians, and when given by a trained and experienced professional such as myself there are no unwanted side-effects.

Regardless of what you may have seen on stage or at the movies, hypnosis is about consent and co-operation, and not about control and manipulation. While in hypnosis you will NEVER do or say anything that you would not normally be prepared to say or do. You are aware and in complete control at all times.

The real truth is that hypnosis empowers you, and helps you become the person you want to be. It bolsters your own determination to achieve something you are finding difficult, such as to feel calm when visiting the dentist. It does not control or manipulate you and you CANNOT be made to do or say anything that goes against your will. You would reject any suggestion that you felt worked against you.

Hypnosis is simply relaxation during which your subconscious mind becomes focused on the therapy being given, creating a change in your thought processes and patterns (and therefore a change in your behaviour). The suggestions bypass your critical conscious mind and go straight to that part of your mind that control habits, emotions, reactions etc. Most suggestions are direct, straight forward and quite simple. It is where they reside in your mind that makes all the difference.

You may be interested to know that you enter the hypnotic state all the time, of your own volition. However, there is no feeling of being hypnotised, so you are not aware that you are in a highly responsive and suggestible frame of mind. All I do is bring around the natural state of hypnosis using artificial means, and then use that state to solicit a change in your behaviour.

You cannot get stuck in a trance and it is a complete lie that only the stupid and the gullible can be hypnotised. On the contrary, gullible people make poor subjects and people who lack intelligence can be difficult - if not impossible - to hypnotise. Good hypnotic subjects possess at least average intelligence and intellect, and sceptics usually make excellent subjects. If you can read this page, you can be hypnotised.

Hypnosis is not mumbo-jumbo, regardless of what the uninformed might think. Clients are treated with the utmost respect. The days of hanging magnets on people, and swinging watches at them, are gone. These days, the human mind and the way in which it reacts and responds is far better understood and the methods used are therefore surer, safer and more effective. I hope this puts your mind at rest.
